Mom left this AWESOME new game for the boys - it's called "Bank It" and it's our new favorite game!! They have played it several times a day and can't get enough! The goal is to save $10 in the bank in order to be able to buy a new bank. But you also have to have bought 4 things from 4 stores and given money to charity. You earn interest based on how much money you have in your account, can choose to buy now or wait for a sale item, etc. It's GREAT - and so fun! (Jacob landed on the "sale" square which means 50 cents off any item. He decided to purchase the stickers for 50 cents - which made it FREE for him since he was on the Sale square. He was SO excited - and I was a proud couponing mama! I have definitely rubbed off on my kids! Everyone loves free!!)
All 4 kids got haircuts. Callie LOVES getting her hair cut - what girl doesn't. I need a hair cut desperately....Anyways, the boys got theirs cut too - they like it long now, but it was TOO long. Jacob said he hated his hair cut - he likes his hair in his eyes he said. i said too bad. He looks great and Josiah's is so much better too. Caleb just kept touching his head and smiling at himself in the mirror! :)
