 Snow Angels!

All five of them in their makeshift snow clothes :)

Sledding on cookie sheets worked pretty well!

Collecting clean snow for snow ice cream!
Yum!  Taste testers approve!

Jacob and Jason worked hard on their snowman!

Callie and Emmeline started work on their snowgirl :)

Jumping on a trampoline and watching the snow fly is super fun!
Snowball fight!!

Judah liked walked around in the snow...until he was done, and then he was DONE!  :)

Unite!

Another semester of Kids Choir has begun and these two are SUPER excited!  It's called "The Agape League", and it's teaching the fruit of the spirit with a superhero theme!  How fun is that!

Zoo Day with just my babies

A holiday from school and I decided to take just my five babies to the zoo for some time together.  The koala was actually awake and causing quite a stir today!!
Because koalas sleep 22 hours of the day, this kind of activity was BIG news for our clan!  It was hilarious to watch.
The big boys are such good big brothers :) Most of the time!
Judah on the carousel - all by himself!
Callie
Josiah
Callie FINALLY weighs enough to be able to do the rock wall - she loves it :)
My heart is so very full!
Caleb - I'm going to miss him next year when he's in kindergarten! These zoo days are precious!

Lunch Money!

This kid is a mess!!
and he KNOWS it too!!
That evening was a special concert for all the families and kids in our school.  We brought a few extra friends with us too :)

When we did our fundraiser in the fall, the PTA decided to do school-wide incentives instead of the cheap, junky trinkets that they have done in the past (you know the kind - if you sell $10 of wrapping paper, you get a plastic frog...).  Instead, they opted for things like extra recess, silly sock day, etc as we reached our goals together as a school - it was great! The grand finale level was to have Lunch Money, the band, come and do an assembly/concert for our school!  It was SO fun!
The kids were all dancing around and Judah made his way into our principal's lap!  :)
Callie and Emmeline were RIGHT up at the stage - they loved it!
Josiah, however, was totally embarrassed by the whole thing, and definitely "too cool" for it.  I kept telling him to relax and not be so uptight - that he could choose to enjoy it and have fun even if he thought it was "too young" for him.  Finally, I gave him $1 and told him to go start a conga line - sure enough, it was a BIG hit and he had a BALL!

No more cast!!

Took Jacob with me for Caleb's orthopedic appointment - he couldn't believe how LOUD the machine was to take Caleb's cast off!
Caleb was an expert and totally enjoyed the whole experience!  After all, he's had 2 casts cut off, and this was the third one!  Thankful his wrist healed so well and we got the all clear!!

Cast #3 for Caleb

After a super fun day with my girl, we met David at a restaurant for dinner to use a giftcard that we had gotten for Christmas.  As we're getting out of the car, Caleb says "Uh-oh - my arm came out!".  Sure enough, his arm had slid right out of his cast.  Oh my word.

I told him to stick it back on as best as he could to keep it still while I called the orthopedic.  He was due to have his cast removed and xrayed on Tuesday anyways, but they said I would have to bring him in on Friday to have it recasted.
The doctor wasn't in on Friday morning, so he couldn't look to see if it was ready to go or not...soooooo...we got Cast #3 put on.  Caleb chose Panthers colors this time!  Oh my goodness - let's try to make it until Tuesday this time buddy - and maybe we can get it off for good!!
