Several weeks ago, Jacob started asking me when he was going to get to go fishing again. I told him he was in luck because Uncle Chris is the fisherman in the family and he was planning on bringing poles to vacation! So on Monday morning, Jacob was DEFINITELY up early to head out with Uncle Chris to fish!
Uncle Chris had cast a net to catch some bait and ended up catching a bunch of shrimp! :)
I'm sure that with all these nephews around, it was probably not the serene fishing experience that Chris is used to! :) But they LOVED it!
They didn't catch any big fish, but loved trying.
The water was beautiful - and they saw a manatee!!!
They did catch a bunch of shrimp in the nets!
Way to go fishermen!! :)
