I had a breakfast meeting at Chick-fil-a this morning to talk about the fall semester schedule for children's choir. (Yes, I discovered a few years ago that it is very beneficial for to me to have meetings where my kids can play on a confined playground :) ). As I walked into the restaurant, the owner greeted me, asked how I was feeling, if I was surviving the heat, when the baby was due, etc.
After sitting down at our table, he brought out our food, asked if we needed anything, brought me extra napkins, and then handed me this:
They are AMAZING!! If churches took note of how Chick-fil-a operated, perhaps we'd do a few things differently!! :)
