Rough

It's been a rough couple of days over here. Not because of Joseph - he's a dream. Because of a certain 3 year old girl named Callie.
Callie thinks she is the boss. Of everyone and everything. Apparently she thinks that when I tell her to do something (or not do something), it's up to her to decide if she needs to obey.
(These two are adorable together. I swear they completely understand each other :) )
Do you suppose this means he wants to go outside?
We have been spending a lot of time outside! We put the training wheels back on Jacob's bike, and Callie is LOVING riding that. The boys have both outgrown their bikes (their knees look ridiculous) so it's probably a good thing that their birthdays/Christmas is coming up soon! (This picture is of the jasmine that grows over my garage. In the spring, these beautiful white little balls pop out, and in the fall, these colored ones do. I'm assuming these will totally turn red by November/December (I remember that from last year), but right now they have some yellow/orange hues, so it's beautiful for fall! :)

I haven't seen much of that smile the last few days. I've seen alot of her other side though! We did make pumpkin muffins together and EVERYONE loved them...as always!
So I'm trying to gear up for what appears to be a long afternoon and evening (of course we have karate, then awana/choir practice, then band practice so it will be after 9:30 pm before we get home). I am worn out...from a three year old...which is ridiculous. Taking a deep breath....
