We were filling up water bottles to get ready to head to football practice, when all of a sudden, the sky got really dark and a thunderstorm began...but not just any thunderstorm...HAIL started falling and covered everything! It was crazy! About 15-20 minutes of this HUGE hail that just kept falling! CRAZY!
Several were the sizes of coins - it was unbelievable.
As you can tell by our clothes, it had been warm that day (70s and 80s), so the hail was quite unexpected! :)
You would have thought it was January the way our deck looked!!
