After we picked up Josiah from school on Tuesday, we headed to our favorite "beach" spot at the Bay. It was a perfectly HOT day - perfect for the beach! We convinced Mandy & her family to join us, and Sandi & her kids as well (we just weren't ready to say goodbye to them yet!) The kids had a blast - and I enjoyed my relaxing time sitting at the water chatting with my sweet friends!! We have LOVED being so close to the beach - definitely going to miss that!!!!
Jake was burying Josiah - I don't know how Josiah could stand laying there on that hot sand!!!
This was Morgan's first beach day - and she LOVED it!!!

Mandy & I. Mandy kept the kids for me the day that the movers came and loaded everything up - she kept all 3 of them! We had enjoyed having our boys in kindergarten together this year. She also has been a HUGE blessing to our family by providing Callie with Sadie's hand-me-downs over the last 2 years. I am really going to miss seeing her every day at school pick-up! :(

man, i'm ready for a beach day! that looks like so much fun! it'll be a little sad not to have you there to go with me whenever i get up there. that will be strange! i'm glad y'all were able to get the kids together again!
