Caleb's Birthday...a little bit...

Poor Caleb.  He sort of got the shaft this year for his birthday.  His birthday was Saturday (the 4th), the day he was in Raleigh.  We picked them up that afternoon and drove home and pretty much put the kids in bed.  The next morning was church of course, so he still didn't really get to celebrate.  We had a small little window of time after church & lunch and before we had to be at a pool party for our neighbor's son who had turned three, so we decided his birthday would have to be in stages.  Luckily, he didn't seem to mind.  He just thought his birthday was all week long!  :)  So the kids helped him open his birthday presents..

I think all of his birthday pictures are like this - totally surrounded by the rest of his siblings...um....helping him... :)
Opening a new Buzz, Woody, and Bullseye from Aunt Kelli, Uncle Scott, and Joseph!

A Spiderman stunt car from the Oates...

A cool new matching game from Tutu
And a new floor puzzle from Tutu...

We got him the Joker castle - he was so excited because Matthew had gotten this for HIS birthday and they loved playing with it on vacation.  :)  Caleb is really getting into playing with his "guys" - aka any superheros - so he was pretty excited!
Then we headed down to the clubhouse at the pool to celebrate our buddy Max!  He turned three two weeks ago and was having a gator party to celebrate :)

I've never met anyone that loves gators as much as Max!  :)

Topped the evening off with...what else?...more Olympics!  I was glad to be back home to get to see them all - Josiah was glad to be back with his TV Olympics viewing schedule in front of him...

We tried not to give him the shaft over here! Birthday donuts, a party with unlimited treats and jumpy houses and then an all you can eat buffet at GC wasn't TOO bad. :). We did our best :)
