To saw I've been DYING to go strawberry picking would be an understatement. The fields opened at the beginning of April this year - early by a few weeks because we had such a mild winter. But our Saturdays are filled with soccer, and the older boys FORBID me from going without them....so I had to wait patiently. Finally, we had an early dismissal day come and so as soon as the boys were done with school at 11:40, I picked them up at the bus stop and we headed straight for the strawberry fields!!!
We were not disappointed! 4 full baskets later = happy mom!!!
