We had a great morning of worship at church on Sunday morning. David had put together a mini-musical of patriotic stuff for the 4th of July, and he even had Mom accompany the choir in the first service (she of course was GREAT!) Kim and her kids, as well as Kristen and Chris joined us for the second service. It was great having them there and have them see David in his role. Kristen and Chris had to leave straight from church to head back to FL - we were SO glad they came up for the weekend. It would not have been the same without them!!!
That night, Mom and Mary were gracious enough to agree to watch the rest of the kids for us, so David and I were able to go on a double date with David and Kim! It was a great evening - a rare one when we get to talk uninterrupted without kids to distract us. We went out to dinner and then saw the new Transformer movie. It was a great night!

Boy do you and Kim look like sisters or what! I'm so glad you guys got to go on a date. How often does that happen? Never? I love the picture of just you! That's going to be in some little boy's baby book for the rest of his life! SO cute! Any names yet?
