The culprit...

So here it is. The picture of what has caused quite an extensive and expensive repair! Do you see the tiny pin-sized hole? The plumber said some concrete got onto it long, long ago (maybe when building) and over time eroded that little bitty hole. Sigh.

whas it terribly expensive! :( I'm so sorry! I can't believe such a little hole could be such a problem! It's probably a blessing! If the hole had been bigger or the pipe had burst you would be in a whole other ballpark of expense! so how are you going to keep your carpet pulled back for a week? you'll have to post a picture of that!

oh, and I love the new picture of Callie off to the right, with her tongue! SO CUTE! :) Now don't you let her fall off that couch like I did with Harrison. :)

Wow! So sorry you had to deal with all that. Glad you had a place to go to stay out of the way:) Home ownership certainly has its blessings and its curses.

It's amazing how the littlest thing can cause such a big problem. Hope everything else stays in working order for a while.

Little things sometimes cause the biggest damage. Didn't realize you were going to get a life lesson out of this blog, right?!
