The new and improved David!!! He had an open house tonight for his new students at the secondary campus. Watch out students - his increased energy may not be good news for you! :)

Well, I won't use the word "hottie" like you did in your previous post, but David does look great. I think it's so fantastic that you have both made getting in shape a priority in your lives and that it's something that you've been able to do together. Can't wait to hear about the race on the 31st!
