Let the Easter festivities begin!

We do the Resurrection eggs a bit differently in our family.  We do it the weekend of Easter and do 4 eggs at once - so that each child can open one.  It's like torture for them to do one a day...and frankly we don't have 14 days in a row where we are all home together at dinner.  This works for us.  So on Good Friday, we got the do the first eggs!
This was a fun project that my friend Beth told me about.  We took a dowel and cut it up into 4 inch sections to use as handles for our roasting marshmallow/hot dog sticks for our upcoming camping trip! The kids LOVED getting to decorate their own!!
