It's SNOWING!!!

What an exciting thing to greet us this morning!!!
Carter was SO excited!!!

After playing a little this morning, Josiah announced to us "enough playing! We can't be late at school or I'll miss the pledge of allegiance!!!" This boy cracks me up. Never missed a day of school, never been late....and he never will be if he has anything to do with it!!!

Holy cow -- Snow!!!! It's been in the 70's and 80's around here this past week, hard to believe it could be snowing somewhere when it's this warm here :)

It was a neat commute for me this morning - an hour full of driving in the pouring snow!! One of the very few times it has snowed while we've lived here!!! It was beautiful!

ahhh...I heard we had a few flurries down here in Charlotte...but I didn't see them. Bummer...I'm glad that the kiddies were able to play for a few minutes before school! :) You've got to love children's reaction to snow. BTW, I have been working out at the Y again...ran 2 miles straight the other night on the tred...no knee problems! :) woo hoo. I'm starting from the beginning! :)

Oh I'm so excited that your kids got to see a few flurries, even if it didn't stick. I think we did get snow (like an inch) one time when I lived in Chesapeake, so it could happen. Maybe you just need to come North to experience some of the good stuff this winter!!

It was a beautiful surprise and even at 3o years old I got the giggles over some little white flakes.
