This morning was one of those mornings where Jacob and Josiah just wanted to eat non-stop!!! They were constantly hungry!! Finally, I offered them a banana and decided to cut it up and put toothpicks in it for something different (everything, after all, is more fun to eat with toothpicks!). The next thing you know, they were sitting at the table singing Happy Birthday to themselves!! They thought they were so hilarious - they sang the whole song to themselves and then blew out their "candles". They are a riot!

That is so awesome! I thought from reading the title that you were going to talk about bad bananas that got transformed into a family treat. Made me kinda hungry!!
Hilarious! Josiah has certainly come a long way with the Birthday song! I think the toothpicks were a great idea! You are such an inventive mom, Katy! :) I love what you come up with!
How cute! That's a very creative way to eat bananas! I may have to try that idea sometime myself.
Katy...they are growing boys. What are you going to do with 2 of them as teenagers. I hear that can be pretty scary. HA!
