Kristen and Caleb
This was hilarious - Chris was holding Joseph, and Kristen was holding Caleb on the couch. I told them to wait - I was going to take a picture...and then we all started laughing because it looked like a little family picture of the two of them with these two little babies!!! Chris & Kristen have been dating for ALMOST a year - and it's been so fun getting to know Chris better! If he can survive our family on vacation and the ridiculous amount of games we play, then he's a good one! :)
Is this not the cutest? Kelli gave me a bathing suit and rash guard (!!!) that Joseph outgrew - isn't Caleb stylin'? :)
Kelli found this awesome "tent" thing for the beach. Caleb happily took his whole 2-hour nap in it - a little breeze blowing through, he was perfect! I would have liked to take a nap in there too I think! :)
Joseph liked splashing in the beach too, but we think he liked the pool better (shhh...don't tell his surfer daddy...)

After a while, Joseph joined Caleb in the napping tent! :)

The "big" boys (David, Scott, and Chris) and Kristen were all playing bocce ball...Jacob joined in too. Every now and then Callie made it a bit more challenging by going and picking up a ball! :)
It was a great day! The only bummer was that we had to leave that night to drive back home in order for David to be back to lead worship at church on Sunday. The good news was that he passed his kidney stone that night, so he didn't have to be strung out on Vicadin while leading worship on Sunday! :)

It seems as if Chris is becoming a "regular" at some of your family outings. Looks like you all had fun! Glad things are going well friend!
