Callie had SO much fun walking up and down the rows of strawberry plants...happy as can be!
The two best buddies - they were good workers too!
We asked a lady to take a picture of all 5 of us...and she took about 5 pictures like this - before anyone was set or ready! It was so funny when we got back to look at them!
We all wore RED today in honor of strawberries! (Josiah wanted to wear green shorts like the "stem" but I forbade it....)
They were SO intent on getting only the perfect ones. Josiah, my little pleaser, showed me EVERY berry he picked - he was so proud of them!
Got one shoe off...the other one followed closely behind!
YUMMY!I remember blogging about strawberry picking last year, because it was one of my first posts. I remember posting about the strawberry ice cream and how yummy that was! It was so funny to look back at the pictures from last year and see how much the kids have grown. We had a great time this morning - although we missed our extra helpers...last year Mom & Kristen were here to help!!! It was a perfect morning!

Yep we did our pickin' a couple days ago. The farm lady told our kids it was Ok to eat a couple of the strawberries - and Anderson was totally into that though what exactly does 'a couple' mean??? oops
Jonathan was sitting on my lap as I was looking at your post and he excitedly said "Ba Berry!!!" -- I think it may be dangerous to let him loose in a strawberry field this year!
Callie is so cute in her little strawberry picking outfit! Yummy times! I always love how the pictures turn out with such a bright green background.
I'm so glad you blogged about this because I had totally forgotten about strawberry picking. I know a good place around here, but hadn't thought of it!!! Hopefully the weather will cooperate at the end of the week and we'll be able to go! I love doing stuff like that. We had the best time apple picking in the fall.
I love seeing how the boys have grown over the past year. Jacob has changed a ton and of course Callie has too! Jacob still had that baby look last year and I must say he's all boy now. Too cute!
These pictures are great! It looks like everyone had a great time. We have got to get out there and go pickin this year! I hope there are still some left after the festival this weekend!
Where did you go Katy-the bushes look great!! I will be heading out again minus Grayson while he is gone to the Burg this next week! I might need to call for some berry tips!!
Katy, I have said it many times, but you look fantastic! What cute pictures. Strawberry picking is so much fun. We have yet to go this year, but I think you have motivated me. Truly, though, you look amazing!
