Quick survey...
So I finally got all caught up with my blogging (took me forever to catch up on all of your blogs ladies!!! But well worth it!). You may have to scroll down to see all the pictures from the weekend. Anyways, quick survey for you all. What's your favorite candy?? Mine is Baby Ruth, and the boys didn't get a SINGLE one this year!!! Very sad. I would have bought it to give out, but the only big bag at BJs that had it also had weirdo ones - like Almond Joy and Mounds! I assumed that surely the boys would get some for me, but apparently no one hands it out!! So ladies, what are your favorites? Oh, and what candy will you automatically throw away and not even eat. Mine are those boxes of DOTS - does anyone eat it??

I don't personally care for DOTS (hate the picking your teeth for days thing), but Sadie seemed to enjoy them. The kids got a couple Baby Ruths. They're not my favorite, so you're welcome to them. You should have bought the bag at BJs...I LOVE Almond Joy (guess I'm a weirdo:) haha! Still, my all time favorite is Reeses cups (especially the holiday novelty ones...which have more peanut butter, but were strangely hard to find this season...probably a good thing where my diet is concerned:). Keith's favorite is the Take 5 bar.
Oh, if we're talking about our least favorite...I absolutely despise those "Bit O' Honey" Things, oh and those generic orange and black wrapped taffey (or whatever they are)-yucko!

I don't like the Dots either...but I LOVE the Almond Joys...I would die for coconut and chocolate!! I would also through out any hard candy like little suckers and anything hard but not the chocolate!! I seriously OD'ed on candy the other day...I had obstained from it for a while and then we had a Halloween party and the candy was like crack for me...I kept eating it and had a serious headache later for it!! ha ha...I'm a looser!! :) Glad you are back to your blogging.
i'm embarrassed to admit i acutally like DOTS. seems like most adults don't! :) My favorite candy is Starburst Jelly Beans and no one ever give those out for Halloween. I usually pick the Snickers out, 'cause they're my favorite but this year I've particularly enjoyed the Twix. I hadn't had one of those in a long time! I don't like any of the hard candies, little lollipops (although I save those for Jackson for emergencies!). Not big on the Lafy Tafy, they are always hard as a rock, and also not a big fan of the almond joy's. Hope that is enough info for your survey!
I personally am a huge Snickers fan. I've already eaten all of the ones Erin got. She doesn't seem to miss them. I could live without Whoppers - don't care for them, and I'm not a huge sugar candy fan like Mike-n-Ikes or Dots. I much prefer chocolate, but no chocolate and coconut!
You are a hoot Katy!! I'm the one that would throw out the babe ruths:( Sorry! ) This isn't my favorite but I've had a craving for sugar babies and it got to the point where Bradley would go to each house and say "do ya got any sugar babies?" It was so funny, but rude at the same time, but he was doing it for me. Craig and Bradley were out last night and made a special trip to the store just to get me the sugar babies that we never got after 3 events. I like take 5's, reese cups and sour patch kids!!

don't like lollipops at all, but my kids love them so it works out well!
I'm pregnant...so this year its Reece's Cups....I've stolen them all!! Normally its laughy taffy & starbursts! :) The whole Ratz family HATES the fake chocolate of tootsie roles....we have the eurpeon flare for only the finest chocolates!! :) What a fun blog!! Now I know who to give what candy to diminsh our bowl!! :)
Katy, Katy, Katy - there is NO such thing as bad candy. Save your Dots for me - I'll eat 'em! My favorite would be Reese Pieces or Reeses Cups or Junior Mints or Special Dark or Peppermint Patties or..... the list could go on forever!! Ok, now I gotta raid the candy bucket!
Hmmmm...where to start. I think my favorite is Grand bars with Baby Ruth a close second! I have already eaten them all...he he he. DOTS are okay...love the taste but hate that they get stuck to your teeth. Bleck. Wish I were pregnant....then I could blame the chcolate eating on that!!! Since I am not, maybe I should take up running....
Okay, I'm reading your blog about the DOTS and my mouth literally opens and drops. I JUST FINIHSED EATING MY THIRD BOX OUT OF GRAYSON'S CANDY!!!!! I love any and all candy, but especially chewy stuff--actually I take that back. I haven't found a piece that I didn't like yet!!
I did go through and throw all opened or unwrapped candy adn some of teh wierd falvors of Dum-Dums that I know none of us will eat, like pineapple! Of course I always throw away the Mary Jane's and Bite-o-Honey's.
I LOVE Dots! Feel free to send them my way. Yum! My other all time favorite is Heath bars. But you don't see many of those any more. But all in all, I'm an equal opportunity candy eater. :)
